This 65% dose voxel surface (blown up) actually ranges from 65% to 95%, with large discontinuities.  However, to what spatial error do these dose errors correspond?  The maximum spatial error at any point should not be greater than the size of a voxel.  In XY this is usually small, but can be substantial in Z (if planes are far apart).  This is where one often sees such discrepancies, usually at the end caps of structures.
